Sarah has ten years of tech sales experience and is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DISC, and other models of social psychology coaching. Her genuine interest in people, coupled with her ability to effortlessly connect with others, is what has made her successful throughout her career and continues to fuel her drive today.
Sarah was inspired to establish TYPEd because she found that many traditional corporate trainings focused heavily on tactics to drive sales and performance, but not on the different perspectives and styles of the drivers and buyers. Over the last number of years, Sarah has focused her work on understanding the individual requirements and barriers that exist between personal and organizational growth and success.
