Our purpose emerged from our strong belief in the power of people, and in the power of informed, mindful people to improve the world around them. TYPEd was created to educate and empower organizations to streamline individual ability, interests and ownership of roles to the organizational vision. We do it because we’re passionate about inspiring people to take ownership of their own outcomes. We do it because we believe emotionally intelligent people are more socially aware and mindful of the bigger pictures in which they are participating. We do it because we believe that any vision is only as strong as its individual parts, collectively.
Effective communication requires an understanding of the unique way we each perceive and interact with the world, fundamentally, as individuals. TYPEd training provides people the tools to view themselves and their own behaviors objectively, separate from their environment and other individuals. It allows people the ability to gain a clear perception of their own strengths, blind spots, beliefs and emotions, as well as, how they impact their connections with others.
